Contact form

When you send the contact form, Rendrify receives the details you enter:

• Required: name, work email and a description of your performance problem or project.
• Optional: studio or company, Unreal Engine version, target platform, desired frame rate or frame time, deadline, budget range, interested service and how you heard about Rendrify.
• If you have accepted optional cookies and arrived through a tagged link, the campaign labels utm_source, utm_medium and utm_campaign.
• A random submission identifier used to prevent duplicate submissions, plus technical request data used for spam and abuse protection.

Purpose

The details are used to read and answer your inquiry, scope possible work and understand which channels bring inquiries. They are not sold.

Where it is processed

Submissions are stored in the website database, which is backed up. A notification containing your inquiry is delivered to Lucas by email through the email service Resend.

Optional Google measurement

The site loads a Google tag with all optional storage denied by default. Only if you choose Accept in the cookie banner is Google advertising and analytics storage enabled, along with non-personal events such as button clicks and successful form submission. Names, email addresses and problem descriptions are never sent to Google.

Your controls

Use the Cookie preferences button at the bottom of any page to change or withdraw your choice at any time. Rejecting also clears stored campaign labels.
